We are a small town salon with small town values, everyone is welcome to come in, sit and have a cup of coffee and talk. But we also offer those services that will make you look and feel gorgeous without breaking the bank. 

Everyone has the right to look and feel good no matter how much or how little they have to pay. We have been around since 1928 and hope to continue into the next century. 

My name is Mickie Foland (right) I am the 5th owner of this shop of many wonderful previous owners and hairstylist. I love what I do so I don’t consider it a job. I love talking to and meeting new people. I also love making people feel better about themselves. I guess you could say I wear many hats. Hair stylist, therapist, mom, grandma, friend, whatever anyone needs me to be.

Employee Kay Harris (left)  has also been with the shop since 1969 and is a staple of the shop. She originally apprenticed at the shop to get her license. We couldn't do it without her!

We offer in-home services! If you are unable to leave your home, we'll come to you! 

We also will go to funeral homes and fix your loved ones' hair. Everyone should look good no matter where they are going.

Wigs For Kids is a nonprofit organization that helps children suffering from hair loss stemming from chemotherapy, radiation therapy, alopecia, trichotillomania, burns, and other medical causes. Stylists and regular people just like you work together to give recipients the self-esteem and self-image they deserve.

If you’re interested in donating your hair to kids in need, your first step is to set a length goal. While we accept hair donations of 12 inches or longer, we encourage you to donate 14+ inches of hair; the more length you can donate, the more of an impact you will make.
